Charlie had to die for free speech to live.
As painful as it is for us to accept, this was Charlie’s calling. God’s plans are always greater than ours, even when our hearts break. Charlie was placed on this earth to make an impact for freedom, faith, and truth—and when the Lord called him home, it was because his earthly mission was complete.
Now, a new journey begins. His children will grow up knowing their father was a hero—not just a leader but one of the greatest men of our generation. He risked it all so others could live free, giving everything so our voices could never be silenced. Like our Founding Fathers, Charlie sacrificed for something bigger than himself: the freedom to speak truth without fear.
Many of us believed he would be with us forever, maybe even become President one day. But that was our plan. God’s plan was different—and better. Even in tragedy, God turns loss into legacy, sorrow into strength, and death into eternal life.
Charlie’s death is not the end. It is a turning point for America. His passing lit a fire that cannot be put out. Those who hated him thought they silenced him, but only amplified his voice. Those who mocked his death unknowingly magnify his legacy. They don’t understand this: Charlie is now bigger than ever. His name echoes across the world, reaching people who have never watched a speech or clicked on a video until now.
This is what happens when truth-tellers are taken too soon. It happened with Jesus Christ Himself—they tried to kill the truth, but instead they created the most significant movement the world has ever seen. Two billion people now follow Jesus. And though Charlie was just a man, his mission was rooted in that same spirit of truth. His death is the birth of a new wave of courage, conviction, and clarity.
Charlie’s legacy is eternal. His words, his teachings, his faith—they live online, they live in our hearts, and they will live in history. I imagine that, centuries from now, there will be statues of Charlie Kirk on college campuses. Students will walk past and ask, “Who was this man who stood for truth when so many stayed silent?” And they will know he was one of the giants of our time.
Charlie wouldn’t want us to sit in despair, licking our wounds. He would want us to rise up, fight harder, speak bolder, and carry the banner he left behind. He would want us to understand that this is no longer about left versus right. It’s about good versus evil. About truth versus lies. About courage versus cowardice.
Even people who disagreed with Charlie now give him the respect he deserves. Because no one can deny the kind of Christian man he was. He died standing firm in his faith and mission to change the world.
And I count it one of the greatest honors of my life to call him a friend.
Charlie is not gone. He is alive in eternity, rejoicing in heaven with Jesus, smiling down on his wife, his children, and all of us who remain. And he is urging us forward. Because Charlie’s story isn’t finished—it’s only just begun.
So, let us be like Charlie. Let us speak boldly, live courageously, and honor him by continuing the mission.
Because we are Charlie.
And the world will never forget him.

I was telling my sister that if we had the privilege to know Charlie even if we didn’t meet him in person and we followed and loved him even briefly, then we are part of the assignment this is where God wants us, and who he wants us around, we’re all part of the same assignment, it’s no coincidence that we watched him closely, followed him and in a way were trained to speak boldly and respectfully in the 21st century,
