I’m listening to this messaging coming out of New York City and it’s the same playbook all over again. Instead of addressing the real economic issues crushing everyday people, they keep pushing the idea that everything comes down to race. Meanwhile, affordability is hitting everyone, no matter what you look like.
The truth is, policies are what’s driving people out. High taxes, rising costs, and government mismanagement are making it harder for regular folks to survive. But instead of fixing that, they keep pointing to racism while avoiding accountability for the decisions that are actually hurting the city.
