TMZ And The View Tried To Go After Spencer Pratt…
And It Completely Backfired
The Media Completely Missed The Point
The more I watch the media attack Spencer Pratt, the more convinced I become that they’re terrified he’s gaining real momentum in the Los Angeles mayor race.
Because instead of debating the actual problems destroying Los Angeles, TMZ and The View spent their time trying to nitpick where Spencer Pratt is temporarily sleeping after his home burned down in the fires.
Think about how insane that is.
The man literally lost his house. His property was destroyed. And instead of focusing on the failed leadership that allowed thousands of families to suffer, they tried to frame him like he was somehow lying because he’s occasionally staying at a hotel while rebuilding his life and campaigning.
Spencer Pratt Handled It Better Than They Expected
Spencer handled it perfectly.
He kept explaining the same thing over and over: his home burned down. That property is still his home even if the house is gone.
But the media completely ignored the bigger issue because protecting Karen Bass seems more important to them than talking about why Los Angeles keeps failing its residents.
And honestly, Spencer Pratt came across more genuine than the people attacking him.
He sounded emotional, frustrated, passionate, and honest.
That matters to regular people.
The View Made It Even Worse
Then The View somehow made the situation even more ridiculous.
They actually tried to frame Spencer Pratt’s campaign videos as “violent” because he used tomatoes symbolically to criticize failed leadership.
Tomatoes.
That’s what they’re worried about while Los Angeles is dealing with crime, homelessness, drugs, businesses shutting down, and entire neighborhoods being destroyed.
The desperation was obvious.
Why These Attacks Are Backfiring
I honestly think these attacks are helping Spencer Pratt more than hurting him.
Because regular people can see exactly what’s happening.
The establishment media is trying to humiliate somebody who is speaking directly to frustrated Californians who feel abandoned by career politicians.
Meanwhile, the people defending Karen Bass sound completely disconnected from reality.
And that’s why this whole thing backfired.
The more TMZ and The View try to mock Spencer Pratt, the more they remind people why Los Angeles is desperate for something different in the first place.

So, what I recall during these catastrophic fires in California, is that Bass was OUT OF THE COUNTRY and Newsom was out of brains. He had allegedly diverted money for providing water for Californians to a fish (endangered?). Bass, allegedly took budget money for the fire department to give to some community arts program of whatever. Really? Neither Bass nor Newsom protected their own citizens or their properties. Insurance companies were hit hard by claims. Some residents found out that their insurance did not cover the entire loss or to rebuild what they lost. I believe one or more insurance companies bailed on California.
The fires did not discriminate. Those who lost their homes, pets, family members and friends…came from all walks of life. It did not matter that you were wealthy. Spencer Pratt, I don’t know what his income is or how much money he has. But, for Jim to be out there speaking out and disclosing the lies of Bass and others, kudos to him!
I really hope he wins and gets CA out of this decline, if it's possible.
